Home systems & urgent service
Air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, appliances, home security, and other household issues where a qualified local professional may need to inspect, repair, install, or restore service.
◆ Privé Services ◆
When the request needs someone there.
Privé is remote-first, but not remote-only. Some member requests require physical presence. When they do, The Trusted Concierge can coordinate qualified local service providers or specialists at the member's location, subject to geography, availability, scope, and the requirements of the work.
Return to Privé◆ In-Person Coordination ◆
Some details cannot be handled from a distance.
TTC remains the coordination relationship around the request while local providers perform work that requires someone to be physically present.
Technology & installation
Networks, devices, smart-home systems, workstations, connectivity, equipment setup, and other technology needs that cannot reasonably be completed remotely.
Property & vehicle support
Vehicle detailing, property services, maintenance visits, deliveries, setup, vendor access, and other location-specific requests that benefit from coordinated local execution.
◆ How It Fits Privé ◆
One relationship stays with the request.
The purpose is not to turn TTC into every kind of trade or service company. It is to keep the member from having to start over every time a need crosses from coordination into physical execution.
Request & context
The member starts with TTC. We use the request, relevant preferences, timing, location, and known context to understand what needs to happen.
Local coordination
When physical service is needed, TTC can identify and coordinate an appropriate local provider or specialist rather than leaving the member to restart the search independently.
Follow-through
TTC can remain involved around scheduling, communication, status, next steps, and related coordination so the request stays connected to the broader Privé relationship.
Availability varies by location and request. Work requiring a licensed or specialized professional is performed by the appropriate independent provider, not represented as a TTC trade service.
◆ Privé ◆
Support that can extend beyond the screen.
If your needs regularly cross lifestyle, home, technology, vendors, travel, and local execution, Privé is designed to keep those requests connected through one relationship.
