Your dedicated private concierge number is best for quick requests, changes, escalations, updates, or anything easier to explain directly.
Members Area form
Submit requests through the Members Area when you prefer to write the details. We respond within one hour, with most responses averaging 5–10 minutes.
Request visibility
Live request activity and retainer usage are available in the Members Area, including submitted, completed, in-progress, and billed activity.
Calling or texting works like reaching your own private concierge contact. The Members Area provides a second path when a request has more detail to capture.

Built for broader support, priced by the work required.
Privé begins with a $7,500 retainer rather than a flat monthly fee. That structure gives the relationship room to handle very different kinds of work without pretending every request requires the same effort.
Standard coordination
For straightforward concierge requests such as reservations, reminders, simple sourcing, itinerary updates, basic vendor follow-up, or routine coordination.
High-touch coordination
For requests requiring more back-and-forth, vendor contact, judgment, timing sensitivity, multiple steps, or active human follow-through.
Specialized support
For technology issues, direct intervention, private office coordination, multi-vendor situations, or requests requiring extended involvement.
The retainer is not unlimited service. Scope, expected usage, and fit are defined during the preliminary review and onboarding so the relationship stays flexible without becoming ambiguous.
Retainer balance rolls forward while the client remains active, with notice sent as the balance approaches depletion.
Retainer activity, open requests, completed requests, and balance visibility are available in the Members Area.
Secure online payments are preferred. The Trusted Concierge does not retain credit card details.
